November 29 Rain Rain ... Do not go away!Brollies are a must during lunch hours. Though the lazy side of me frequently resorts to lunching in. Begging my colleagues to "Ta-Bao" for me.
Most people do not like this rainy season of the year. I choose to differ. I love the pitter-patter of the sound of falling rain. Calms my mind. Eases the tension. Rain also discourages people from leaving their homes for the shopping malls during weekends. This gives me more space to shop and less crowd to contest

November 02 Tai Ji in MotionEmbrace simplicity, Reduce selfishness, Have few desires. KARMA Be it lack of confidence or inability to handle office politics, work is really pulling me down. It is not the amount of work or the nature of work. But rather the sheer complexity of human relations. It's getting to be like a knife that cuts both ends. The karma of doing anything often results to the same outcome. Questioning followed by reprimanding. Senseless. Getting really senseless and nonsensical at times. TAKE IT EASY VicVic shares the same woes. We are in the same boat albeit in different regions. Maybe we have both to learn Tai Ji, non-action against action. Maybe we have to learn to take things easier. Not to be too serious about what is happening around us. Life is too precious to waste our happiness in pursuit of some status. THE PASTURE IS ALWAYS GREENER How many times have we thought that we would be happier if we attained a certain stature or gain something, only to be disappointed when we really attained it? Alas! It is indeed true that Contentment is the biggest Treasure and Counting Our Blessings is really an effective lesson in Life! |
